"AS IS" is more than a special mixture between guitar rock from the 70's with funky, bluesy and Spanish influences. Infectious rhythms, memorable melodies, impassioned performances as well as groovy-jazzy solos; this is how Sunrise Harmony, (guitar, harmonica and vocals, U.S.A.), and Annette Ziegenmeyer (recorder, saxophone, keyboards and back-up vocals, Germany) play their own compositions and rock/pop cover songs.
With her recorder, saxophone and piano, Annette Ziegenmeyer adds her personal colour to the music and vocals of Sunrise Harmony, as well as to his rocking guitar riffs.
Her recorder solos really surprise you in their rhythmical energy and virtuosity and can be compared to the virtuoso flute solos of Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull).
